By using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site.

moscarossa.biz is a classifieds platform for adult encounters. It is not a pornography website, but an erotic showcase intended to facilitate contact between consenting adults.

2. Adults only

Access to the Site and use of the services are strictly reserved to persons who are 18 years of age or older.

By accessing the Site and/or publishing an ad, the user:

Declares and warrants, under their sole responsibility and in accordance with applicable law, that they are at least 18 years old.

Declares that any images published depict only adults who have given explicit consent to the publication of their image.

The Site does not knowingly publish ads involving minors or relating to minors. If the Operator becomes aware, including via user reports, that a user or an ad concerns a minor, the ad will be removed immediately and the account will be deleted, and the Operator reserves the right to report the matter to the competent authorities.

3. Registration and account

Registration on the Site is voluntary.

Each user may hold only one account.

The user must provide accurate, truthful information and keep it up to date.

The user is required to provide a copy of an identity document through the specific function available in their private area.

4. Rules for posting ads

Free ads:

Each phone number can be associated with only one free ad, which can be posted in one city only.

The free ad may be active for a maximum of 7 days per month.

When the ad expires, it can be re‑activated via the control panel or by using the link provided in the expiry notification email.

It is not allowed to bypass these limits by using different accounts or phone numbers. Violation of this rule will result in permanent blocking of the account and all associated numbers, without the possibility of recovery.

The free ad is intended solely as a way to test how the Site works, which should be considered a paid platform.

Paid ads:

Users may purchase promotions to increase the visibility of their ads.

General requirements:

The user warrants that they have full rights to publish the content they submit (texts, images, etc.).

The user declares that they are the legitimate owner of the phone number associated with the ad.

Photos must not contain religious objects or symbols.

5. Prohibited content

It is strictly forbidden to publish content that:

Involves or refers to minors in any way (text, images, allusions).

Promotes or facilitates human trafficking, sexual exploitation or physical abuse.

Contains explicit or implicit references to sexual services for payment (or free of charge).

Is offensive, libellous, defamatory, violent, racist or discriminatory.

Is vulgar, blasphemous or contrary to public order or morality.

Infringes third‑party intellectual or industrial property rights.

Includes personal data of third parties without their consent.

Any child sexual abuse material (CSAM) will be immediately reported to the competent authorities, together with all available access and log data.

6. Moderation and removal

Every ad is subject to prior review by our staff.

The editorial team reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, modify or remove any ad or content at any time and without prior notice.

In case of violation of these rules, the user may be notified by email.

Breaches of the rules may result in temporary or permanent suspension of the account.

For each ad, the reference IP address and other technical data are stored in order to identify any users responsible for unlawful behaviour. Such data may be shared with the competent authorities in case of suspected violations of the law.

7. Indexing and visibility

By posting an ad on moscarossa.biz, the user authorises the Operator to make the ad visible and accessible to internet users, including by:

Allowing indexing on search engines (automatic or selective).

Publishing the ad on other sites with which moscarossa.biz has collaboration agreements.

8. Limitation of liability

moscarossa.biz does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or reliability of content posted by users.

moscarossa.biz does not guarantee the success of any contacts or meetings arising from the Site.

The user uses the Site at their own sole risk.

The Operator shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the Site or reliance on content posted by third parties.

9. Payments and credits

Users can purchase credits to be used for promoting their ads.

Purchased credits do not expire and may be used at any time.

10. Refund policy

Promotions: refunds in money are not available for purchased promotions. Users may request a refund in the form of credits to be used on the Site.

Credits: to request a refund for unused credits, users must send an email to info@moscarossa.biz.

11. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with applicable consumer protection rules, the 14‑day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital services whose performance has begun with the user's express consent (e.g. purchase of credits, activation of a promotion).

12. Prohibition of scraping

Any scraping, automated crawling or systematic extraction of data from the Site without the Operator’s prior written consent is strictly forbidden.

13. Account termination

The Operator may terminate an account at any time and without prior notice, without incurring any penalty or liability for compensation, including but not limited to the following situations:

Violation of these Terms and Conditions or of any Site rules.

Reasonable indications of violation of applicable laws (including, but not limited to, intellectual property, money laundering, confidentiality).

Posting of unauthorised, false, inappropriate or otherwise unlawful content.

14. Changes to the Terms

The Operator reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be published on this page with the relevant “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after such changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Bulgarian law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the interpretation or performance of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sofia (Bulgaria), without prejudice to any mandatory rules granting different jurisdiction to consumers.
